Masala belva kachori with kheer and spicy aloo

Ingredients to make Masala belva kachori with kheer and spicy aloo

  • For kheer - rice half cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • sugar 5 table spoon
  • Fried almonds and raisins
  • saffron 1 pinch
  • For belwa kachori - whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • semolina ( rava ) 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • chilli flacks 1 tea spoon
  • Oregano 1 tea spoon
  • oil 1 table spoon + for friyng
  • water for kneading dough
  • For aloo - potatoes 5 boiled
  • oil 1 table spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  • Cumin seeds half tea spoon
  • Cumin seed powder 1 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder half tea spoon
  • Dry mango powder 1 tea spoon
  • water
  • Fried onions and coriander for garnishing

How to make Masala belva kachori with kheer and spicy aloo

  1. Take a vessel and boil and reduce milk to half add rice and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  2. After cooking rice add sugar and saffron soaked in milk kheer is ready garnish with fried almonds and raisins
  3. For dough - take a bowl add all three flour and salt, chilli flacks, oregano , oil and water knead dough and set aside for 10 minutes
  4. After 10 minutes roll out small poori and fry in heated oil
  5. For aloo - take a wok heat oil add cumin seeds , boiled and cut potatoes, salt , red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and add 1 cup water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and garnish with fried onions and coriander
