ABOUT Blueberry Lassi.. RECIPE

Lassi! The quintessential Indian coolant and a drink that's a must in Summers, now in an all new avatar by me. I incorporated few blueberries in it for an amazing fruity twist to the Desi punch. Use any of the seasonal fruits available at your place to recreate the magic of everyone's favourite drink. Have it chilled to enjoy it's taste and texture. Do not add water to the yoghurt. Whip up a super thick and a fluffy dessert that is so creamy and thick that one can even relish it with a spoon. Happy Chilling Kiddos!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yoghurt full fat one 300 gm
  2. Blueberries 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Cashewnuts 8

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender jar on a high speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Serve this healthy and delicious lassi in style to your lovely kids.
  4. Enjoy!
