ABOUT Healthy Laddu RECIPE

It is healthy jaggery laddu which is all in one combination of calcium, iron, protein and fats. It is very tasty & kids love to enjoy it for short tiffin break. You can eat it at the time if breakfast also.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Peanuts 1 cup
  2. thin poha 1/2 cup
  3. roasted dalia 1/4 cup
  4. Grated dry coconut 1/4 cup
  5. seasame seeds 1/4 cup
  6. Ghee 1/4 cup
  7. jaggery one cup
  8. Cardamom powder half teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast poha, sensame seeds, dalia, peanuts and grated coconut separately.
  2. separately grind all the ingredients to make fine powder except coconut.
  3. add grated jaggery and cardamom powder in it
  4. now heat ghee properly and pour it on all ingredients in plate. mix it properly.
  5. when mixer gets little cool rub it with palm to avoid lumps.
  6. quickly bind round shape laddoos till the mixture is warm.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature, store in dry air tight container.
