Nutritious Burger

Ingredients to make Nutritious Burger

  • Burger buns - 6
  • Soya granules - 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot - 1/3 cup
  • Grated Beetroot - 1/4 cup
  • capsicum - 1/4 cup(chopped)
  • paneer - 100 gm
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - As required
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • tomato - 2
  • onion - 1
  • Lettuce leaves - 6
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp

How to make Nutritious Burger

  1. Soak Soya granules for 10 minutes..
  2. Squeeze excess water from it.
  3. In a big bowl take Soya granules.
  4. Add grated carrots and beetroots.
  5. Add chopped capsicum.
  6. Add grated paneer in it.
  7. Add salt, chat masala , chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  8. Mix all well.
  9. Make lemon size balls and flatten with hand.
  10. Cook tikkis in nonstick pan with little oil.
  11. Cut buns from middle.
  12. Apply butter on each side and toast on tava.
  13. Spread sauce on inner side of both buns.
  14. Keep lettuce leaves on bun.
  15. Keep tikki on bun.
  16. After that keep onion and tomato slices.
  17. Spread mayonnaise over it and keep upper part of bun.
  18. Healthy and nutritious burger is ready.
