Nutritious Dalia

Ingredients to make Nutritious Dalia

  • Dalia 1 cup
  • carrots 2
  • cauliflower a few florets
  • peas 1/4 cup
  • coriander green a few for decoration
  • Red chilli pd or green chillies optional
  • oil 1/2 tsp
  • water 4 cup
  • haldi a pinch
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • capsicum 1

How to make Nutritious Dalia

  1. 1 Heat cooker
  2. Put some oil or ghee.
  3. When its hot put some jeera in it
  4. Then put cutting vegetables in it
  5. Stir fry for 2 3 minute
  6. Put dalia in itand add salt pepper and halthi in it
  7. Mix it well
  8. Pour water in it
  9. Close cooker with lid. After 4 whistles off the gas
  10. After evaporating the steam open the cooker
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

You can use any vegetables that you have or your choice. Onions can also be used
