These small sweet potato cakes are very healthy option for kids,These are full of nutritions as well as very delicious

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. multigrains ( wheat, Jowar, Bajra, Ragi ,flax seeds) 50 gram
  2. Sweet potatoes 3-4
  3. refined flour or Maida 10 gram
  4. salt as per taste
  5. chopped spring onion 20 gram
  6. any cheese 10 gram
  7. green apple ( julienned )10 gram
  8. Pears (julienned) 10 gram
  9. olive oil 5 ml
  10. butter paper 1

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes (Convection mode)
  2. now make holes on the potatoes with the help of a fork
  3. roast for 15 minutes, check in between
  4. it will look like these
  5. peel and mash
  6. now add salt and spring onion
  7. combine well
  8. now Sprinkle little maida to it
  9. Mix well
  10. add grated cheese and mix
  11. make a smooth dough
  12. now take a small portion from the dough and give it a round shape
  13. spread some maida in a plate
  14. spread some multigrains too
  15. now coat the cakes first in maida
  16. Then coat in multigrains
  17. make all cakes
  18. place a butter paper on a baking tray and keep the cakes on to it
  19. Bake them for 10 minutes in convection mode at 180 degree celsius in a preheated oven
  20. now small sweet potato cakes are ready
  21. now heat olive oil in a pan
  22. add the fruits and salt, toss it well
  23. serve these fruits with those little cakes
