Made with protein and fibre rich ingredients like soya granules ,museli and beet root this delicious tikki is brimful of vitamin B1, zinc and iron, all of which help to strengthen the eye muscles and improve blood circulation to the eye tissues.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya Nuggets- 1 Cup
  2. Museli - 1 Cup
  3. Boiled potatoes - 2
  4. Boiled Beet root grated
  5. Finely chopped onion - 1
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
  7. Finely chopped coriander - 2 teaspoons
  8. Bread slice - 1/2 cup
  9. Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
  10. Garam Masala - 1 Tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Poppy seeds - 2 teaspoons
  13. Olive oil for shallowfry
  14. For serve Tomato ketchup /Mint Chutnetmy dip

Instructions

  1. First, soak the soya nuggets in hot water.
  2. Now remove the water of soya nuggets and grind it in a grinder.
  3. Grind museli also in grinder.
  4. Now mix the soyachunks, museli,Beet root paste, mashed potato, finely chopped onions, finely chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Now add the bread crumbs,salt and all the spices in it.
  6. Mix well .
  7. Now make a round tikki from mixture
  8. Coat lollipop with poppy seeds
  9. Heat nonstick pan and shallow fry it on medium flame.
  10. Shallow fry tikkis golden brown from both sides.
  11. Assemble toothpick on lollipops and serve with ketchup to ur kiddos.
