ABOUT Beet root Laddus RECIPE

Beetroot is a vegetable which is very good for health and skin both, it contains vitamins, proteins, zinc, magnesium and iron too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl grated beet
  2. 4tsbp.Clarifying Butter Desi Ghee
  3. 1 bowl milk
  4. 1 bowl suger
  5. 1 bowl coconut grated
  6. 10 cashwes
  7. Tsp. Cardamom Powder


  1. Wash the beetroot and grated.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan at medium-high heat. Add grated beetroot
  3. coconut and saute for 5 – 6 minutes. Add a cup of milk and continue to saute until the moisture is mostly evaporated
  4. Milk
  5. Add sugar and cook for 10 – 15 minutes until you are able to roll it. 
  6. 15 minut you continuesly mix it throughout.
  7. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  8. Now it become thick .and collect at the bottom of the pan.
  9. Make small laddues and garnish with cashews.
  10. It is really teasty .and healthy .itd texture is like simolina laddu .
