ABOUT Beet root, Carrot, Egg pudding.( Just heavenly) RECIPE

My mom was social worker. She had very less time to cook vatieties. So this was her favorite sweet dish.. Easy and quick. I have added Beet and Carrot to this ageold recepie. And it has come out so so yumm.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beet root pressure cooked and grated 1/4 cup.
  2. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Milk 200 grams.
  5. CORN FLOUR 1 TBSP
  6. Brown bread slice 1
  7. Sugar 6 tsp ( check the sweetness)
  8. Vannilla essence 1 /2 tsp
  9. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Trim the edge of bread.
  2. Blend milk,( cold), Sugar and bread and form flour.
  3. Add egg , Cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and blend again.
  4. Boil water in steamer.
  5. Spread grated beet root in the pan for making pudding.
  6. Pour laddle full of egg mixture over it to cover beet root .
  7. Keep in steamer to set a little.
  8. After 7 to 8 minutes open the lid of steamer.
  9. Mix Carrot with rest of the flour.
  10. Pour over settled pudding in the steamer.
  11. Close the lid and let it cool for 10 minutes more.
  12. Cool under the fan. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hrs.
  13. Serve your Yummy Pudding and Surprise them.
