Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt
  3. Onion 1
  4. Carrot 1/2
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Cauliflower florets 2
  7. Beans 3-4
  8. Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  9. Refined oil 3-4 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Soya Granules 1 cup
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Small boiled potato 1


  1. Soak the soya granules in hot water.
  2. Squeeze out extra water from it.
  3. Grind it.
  4. Take chopped onions, grated carrots, grated cauliflower, chopped beans and green chilli.
  5. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, cumin seeds, chopped chillies, onions.
  6. Add beans..
  7. Add carrots, cauliflower.
  8. Add salt, turmeric powder to it and fry well.
  9. Add the soya.. And mix well
  10. Add red chilli sauce.
  11. Add grated boiled potato. Mix well.
  12. Stuffing is ready.. Keep it aside.
  13. Take wheat flour and salt and knead the flour.
  14. Dough is ready.
  15. With the help of hands make a katori.
  16. Put the stuffing inside.
  17. Close the dough like this..
  18. Make a ball. And dust some dry flour in it.
  19. Roll it like a roti.
  20. Flip and cook both sides.
  21. Put some oil over it and cook both sides.
  22. Its ready.
  23. Serve with roasted tomato chutney.
  24. Roast the tomatoes.
  25. Grind the tomatoes with salt, coriander leaves, chilli, garlic.
  26. Ready..
