Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. dough(wheat flour)
  2. 1 cup soya granules
  3. 1 cup matar
  4. 1 Onion
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. ajawain
  9. Ghee/Oil


  1. Soak soya granules in warm water for about 2-3 minutes
  2. take a pan add little oil add chopped onions saute it
  3. then add soaked soya granules and matar
  4. add all dry masalas saute it and add 1/2 cup water. cover it and cook for about 2-3 minutes
  5. now take little dough
  6. make ball and roll it into small chapati spread a little ghee or oil
  7. place around 2 tsp of soya filling
  8. sprinkle a little salt red chilli powder and ajwain
  9. close it to make ball again
  10. roll it down. cook from both the sides on tawa
  11. serve with curd or butter
