Mushroom stuffed with paneer and vegetables

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom two packets
  2. Onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Garlic 5 finely chopped
  4. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoons
  5. Carrot grated one small
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbs
  7. Paneer grated 4 tablespoons
  8. Mozzarella cheese grated 4tbs
  9. Maida 3tbs
  10. Breadcrumbs 1/2cup
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Salt
  13. Chat Masala 2tbs
  14. Chilly flakes 2 tbs
  15. Chilly powder 2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Take off stem of mushroom
  2. In a pan add oil and saute garlic
  3. Add onion and saute
  4. Add carrots
  5. Add paneer and saute till dry
  6. add chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves
  7. And salt
  8. let the mixture cool
  9. Add grated Mozzarella cheese pepper powder and mix well
  10. fill this mixture in the cavity of the mushrooms
  11. Keep mushrooms face to face and insert toothpick
  12. make slurry of Maida
  13. Dip the mushroom in the slurry
  14. And again in the bread crumbs
  15. Do this step twice to get up thick outer covering
  16. fry it in hot oil till Brown and crispy
  17. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
