Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 300 grams chicken
  2. 2 cups chicken stock
  3. one tablespoon butter
  4. 1 bay leaf
  5. one dry Chilli
  6. one teaspoon crash black pepper
  7. One medium size potato, cut into 3 pieces
  8. 3 medium size onion, cut in cubes
  9. 3 medium size tomato, cut into 4 pieces each
  10. 3 tablespoon peas
  11. 1/2 cup carrot cubes
  12. 1/2 cup purple cabbage
  13. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and lime juice
  2. Arrange all the vegetables
  3. In a hot pressure cooker put butter, bay leaf, dry chilly. Fry for 5secs. Add ginger-garlic paste, fry for 10 secs. Add chicken & mix for 1mint. Add rest of the ingredients except chicken stock. Mix well.
  4. Add chicken stock and bring a boil. Close the lead. After a whistle cook for 6/7 mints in low to medium flame.
  5. serve hot.
