Ingredients: 300 grams chicken; 2 cups chicken stock; one tablespoon butter; 1 bay leaf; one dry Chilli; one teaspoon crash black pepper; One medium size potato, cut into 3 pieces; 3 medium size onion, cut in cubes; 3 medium size tomato, cut into 4 pieces each; 3 tablespoon peas; 1/2 cup carrot cubes; 1/2 cup purple cabbage; salt to taste

Ingredients Serving: 3

300 grams chicken
2 cups chicken stock
one tablespoon butter
1 bay leaf
one dry chilli
one teaspoon crash black pepper
One medium size potato, cut into 3 pieces
3 medium size onion, cut in cubes
3 medium size tomato, cut into 4 pieces each
3 tablespoon peas
1/2 cup carrot cubes
1/2 cup purple cabbage
salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate chicken with salt and lime juice
Arrange all the vegetables
In a hot pressure cooker put butter, bay leaf, dry chilly. Fry for 5secs. Add ginger-garlic paste, fry for 10 secs. Add chicken & mix for 1mint. Add rest of the ingredients except chicken stock. Mix well.
Add chicken stock and bring a boil. Close the lead. After a whistle cook for 6/7 mints in low to medium flame.
serve hot.
