Savory pancakes made from gram flour, rava and veggies

Savory mini pancakes

Ingredients to make Savory mini pancakes

  • gram flour - 1 cup
  • Rava - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped capsicum - 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onions - 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
  • Grated beetroot - 1/2 tbsp
  • salt - As required
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • oil - As required
  • water - As required

How to make Savory mini pancakes

  1. In a large mixing bowl take gram flour.
  2. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water or little more.
  4. Mix with the help of whisker to form a smooth batter.
  5. Keep aside batter for 10 minutes
  6. Now add chopped onion, beetroot, capsicum, coriander leaves and green chilli.
  7. Mix well with the help of ladle and get to a flowing consistency batter.
  8. Heat nonstick mini uttapam pan.
  9. Pour batter evenly in pan with help of ladle.
  10. Sprinkle little oil over pancakes.
  11. Allow to cook on medium flame.
  12. Now flip the pancakes and cook both sides.
  13. Enjoy hot yummy savory pancakes with sauce.
