  1. Ek pan me oil le kar usme chana Daal aur urad daal ko brown colour hone tak roast kare,brown hone par daal ko nikal kar til,lal mirch aur curry patta sab ko alag alag roast kar le;sabhi ingredients room temperature par thanda kar le.
  2. Ab sabhi ingredients ko mixture jar me daal kar hing or salt add kar ke grind kar le or powder bana le.is powder ko ek jar me bhar le
  3. Is powder ko idly,dosa yaa upma k saath jaruriyat k anusaar le kar usme oil or ghee mix kar ke serve kare
