Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. Butter - 1 tbsp
  3. Idly/dosa podi - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the dosa tawa and pour a laddle of dosa batter on it and don't press it. Let it take its own shape.
  2. Keep the flame in sim and apply butter on the sides.
  3. Sprinkle idly/dosa podi over it and cover it with a lid
  4. Let the uthaapam cook well with the butter and remove the lid.
  5. Turn the uthaapam to the otherwise and cook for few seconds and take out of the tawa and serve with chutney.
