Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rawa or suji
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. 1 carrot grated
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 green chilly chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Oil
  9. Coriander leaves to garnish
  10. To make podi powder 1/2 tbsp chana
  11. 1/2 tsp urad dal
  12. 3 dry red chilly
  13. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take suji , curd, salt and mix it together. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. To make podi powder take Dry dried red chilly ,Roast chana dal, urad dal and curry leaves. Let it cool and grind it until smooth. Keep aside.
  3. Take the suji mixture and add chopped veggies and mix well. Add some water till desired consistency is reached
  4. In a pan add some oil and make small uttapam using a laddle.
  5. When one side is cooked flip it over and sprinkle the podi powder. Add some more oil if required.
  6. Serve hot .
