Yummy choco cake in idli mould

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup refined flour
  2. 2 spoon cocoa powder
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 2 spoon oil
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 cup milk
  7. 2 spoon choco chips
  8. 1/4 spoon baking powder
  9. 10 drops chocolate assence
  10. 2 spoon chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend sugar and curd in a bowl together until creamy
  2. Mix oil and essence
  3. Mix cocoa powder,refined flour,baking powder and chocolate chip
  4. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
  5. Add milk and blend with blender
  6. Grease idli mould and pour batter
  7. Steam for 10 minutes
  8. Take out from idli mould and pour sugar syrup
  9. Serve to kids
