Fun filled double cake with mix match layers . Surprise ur kids this christmas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Choco cake mix
  2. Vanilla cake mix
  3. Whipping cream powder 500 gms
  4. One glass ice cold water
  5. Melted chocolate to make various designs
  6. Sprinkles for garnishing
  7. Cadbury shots

Instructions

  1. Make chocolate cake and vanilla cake as usual in oven or cooker. ( as per ur desire)
  2. Once the cake is cooled cut it into two to make four layers .
  3. With a help of a tin cap make circles in the layers of the cake separately one medium and one small .
  4. Mix match the layers like choco rings goes into vanilla layers and vice versa .
  5. Beat whipping cream powder with ice cold water till peak forms and keep it aside .
  6. Divide the cream in three parts, keep one part to add in between layers and outer coating in the rest two parts i have added orange nd green food colour .
  7. Layer the cake with cream and coat with plain white cream all over .
  8. Take a nozzle big one and fill in orange colour cream into the piping bag and make flowers all over the cake sides .
  9. Make green flowers on the top border of the cake.
  10. Melt chocolate with unsalted butter in a double boiler and pour into the piping bag . On a butter paper make few designs of your choice and let them get hardened .
  11. Once they are hard slowly remove from the paper and garnish your cake all over .
  12. I have put some sprinkles on top too and used cadbury shots to garnish the flowers on the side of the cake . The middle flowers on the cake as seen in the pic are ready made. Yummy mouth watering cake for your special day is ready
