Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour -1 1/2cup
  2. Milk powder -1cup
  3. Cocoa powder -3tablespoons
  4. Butter-1 cup
  5. Venilla extract -2teaspoon
  6. Baking powder -3/4teaspoon
  7. Baking soda -1/4teaspoon
  8. Salt-1/4teaspoon
  9. Powder sugar -1cup
  10. Milk-3/4cup
  11. For icing- whipped cream- 1 cup
  12. Venilla extract- 1/2teaspoon
  13. Powder sugar- 1tablespoons
  14. For decoration-choco chips- 1tablespoons
  15. Grated chocolate- 1tablespoons
  16. Gems-1tablespoons
  17. For sugar syrup
  18. 1 tablespoons of powder sugar +1 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat cooker layered the base with salt and place a ring.
  2. Sieve all purpose, Cocoa powder, Milk powder,Baking soda,Baking powder together.
  3. Beat butter and powder sugar together till creamy. Now add venilla extract.
  4. Now add dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Now add Milk and make a smooth batter.
  6. Now pour the batter in grease tin.
  7. Now place the tin in preheated cooker.
  8. Cover the cooker with lid without whistle and ring.
  9. Bake on slow flam for 40 minutes or untill a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Now romove the tin from cooker and let it cool.
  11. Now take unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater till stiff peaks.
  12. Now add powder sugar and venilla extract and mix well.
  13. Now demould the cake and cut horizontal in 2 layers.
  14. Apply the sugar syrup on the inside layer.
  15. Now apply the whipped cream and cover with the top layer.
  16. Now apply the cream on top and sides.
  17. Now decorate the cake with choco chips, gems and grated chocolate.
