ABOUT Healthy yogurt fruit smoothie RECIPE

A great way to cheer up your little ones. An extremely healthy breakfast with no sugar added.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple 1
  2. Green grapes 100 grams
  3. Orange 2
  4. yogurt 100 grams
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Honey 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Chop up the apple. You can leave the skin on if you prefer.
  2. Peel the oranges and remove the seeds.
  3. Store the chopped apple, grapes, oranges in a container and keep it in the freezer overnight.
  4. Next morning take the frozen fruits, yogurt, milk and honey and blend these until smooth.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy.
