Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 plate leftover chicken / motton biryani
  2. 1 small onion ( fried)
  3. 6-7 coriander leaves
  4. 50 gms cheese ( cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  5. 1 egg
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  8. Oil for Deep frying
  9. Ready-made mayo

Instructions

  1. Take leftover chicken biryani in a bowl
  2. remove chicken pieces from biryani in a separate bowl.Shared the chicken and discard the bones.Mix the shredded chicken back in the biryani.
  3. Add fried onions and coriander leaves in the biryani.
  4. Mash it with hands.Shape the mixture into medium sized balls.
  5. Slightly Flatten the balls and make a dent in center.Stuff them with Cheese cubes
  6. Again shape into balls
  7. Take eggs in a bowl,add salt and beat it well
  8. Dip the balls in egg mixture and then coat well with the breadcrumbs. Set aside
  9. Heat sufficient oil in a deep non stick pan,add the balls and deep fry till golden and crisp, Drain on an absorbent paper
  10. Place the fried balls in serving spoons, pipe out mayo on top
  11. Serve hot
