Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salt 1tsp
  2. Full Cooked Rice 300gms
  3. Pesto Sauce 2tbsp
  4. Cheddar Cheese Or Mozzarella Cheese 100gms
  5. Jalapinos 20gms
  6. Bread Crumbs For Coating
  7. 50gm maida
  8. 50gm cornflour
  9. Oli For Frying


  1. Finely Chop Jalapenos And mix With Cheese. Make small balls
  2. In Other Bowl Mix Cornflour , Maida ,Salt And Enough Water to Make Smooth Thick Paste .
  3. Now Combine pesto Sauce With Full Cooked Rice. Make lemon size balls. stuff Cheese Balls In It And Cover Gently.
  4. Now Dip In Batter And Crumbs. Keep These Balls In Freeze For 30 minutes. Take Out From Freeze And Fry In Medium Hot Oil Serve With Cocktail Mayonnaise Or BBQ sauce
