Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Zucchini 1
  2. Garlic 1 pod crushed
  3. Salt and pepper acc to taste
  4. 1 Amul cheese cube grated
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. BASIL PESTO
  7. Handful of basil leaves
  8. 1/4 cup pine nuts
  9. 2 garlic pods
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Lemon juice few drops

Instructions

  1. BASIL PESTO
  2. Take all the INGRIDENTS of pesto sauce and grind them
  3. Do not add water
  4. Take the zucchini and grated it vertically
  5. Take a pan and add olive oil 1 tsp
  6. Add the crushed garlic
  7. Add zucchini and salt and pepper
  8. Stir fry
  9. Close the stove and add 1 tbsp pesto sauce and 1 cube Amul cheese grated
  10. Add the cheese when the zucchini is still hot so it will melt quickly
  11. Mix
  12. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
  13. I have used this grater to grate the zucchini
