About Poha Cheese nuggets Recipe

Nuggets r favourite among all kids....tried to make it little healthier by preparing it with poha n veggies.

Poha Cheese nuggets

Ingredients to make Poha Cheese nuggets

  • 1 cup poha (washed n soaked n drained from water)
  • 1cup cheddar cheese/ mozerella cheese
  • A pinch of salt or as required
  • 1tbsp corn (boiled)
  • 2tbsp cornflour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1tbsp chopped onion
  • 1tsp chopped garlic
  • 1tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 cup boiled n mashed potato
  • 1tsp red chilly flakes

How to make Poha Cheese nuggets

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil n cheddar cheese.
  2. Make small balls out of it. In the centre of each ball put little cheddar/ mozerella cheese.
  3. Make a slurry of corn flour n salt adding water.
  4. Dip each ball in the cornflour slurry n toll it in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat enough oil to fry nuggets. Fry all balls in med flame till brown n crisp. Enjoy these nuggets with dip of your choice.
