Whole millet brownie

Ingredients to make Whole millet brownie

  • Finger millet 1 cup
  • Red rice 1 cup
  • Barnyard millet 1 cup
  • Pearl millet 1 cup
  • Sorghum 1 cup
  • green grams one cup
  • Horse gram 1 cup
  • Grounded millet flour all the above ingredients 2/3 cup
  • barley 1cup
  • butter half cup
  • eggs 3
  • country sugar half cup
  • semi sweet and chocolate half cup
  • salt a pinch
  • Cocoa powder half cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

How to make Whole millet brownie

  1. Ragi, barnyard millet, barley,pearl millet, horse gram , green grams, red rice,Dry roast all the ingredients for 5 to 8 min and let it cool and grind it in mill and store in airtight container
  2. Clarified butter 1/4 cup, semisweeten chocolate 1/4 cup microwave for 1 min and mix it well ... Now add 1/2 country suger , 1 tsp vanilla extract stir it well .. now add 1 egg and mix it well
  3. Then after add another egg and mix it well .. now add by seiving 2/3 cup millet flour and 1/2 unsweetened choco powder , pinch of salt then mix it well ..
  4. Now grease the parchment paper then pour the brownie batter then tap for second .. Now pre heat oven and bake at 150℃ for 25 to 30 min.. remove from oven then slice and serve...
