Pineapple Sheera

Ingredients to make Pineapple Sheera

  • Rawa 2 cups
  • sugar 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Freshly diced pineapple 1 cup
  • Few dry fruits
  • ghee 1 cup
  • water 1-2 cups
  • A pinch of yellow colour
  • saffron strands, few to garnish
  • salt to taste

How to make Pineapple Sheera

  1. Take a pan and heat ghee. Then add dry fruits and fry them well. Next add rava and fry till it's golden brown in colour.
  2. In another pan, mix the water, pineapple, sugar, salt and put it on a high flame.
  3. Once the sugar mixture begins to boil, add this mixture to the rava slowly. Put the gas on a lower flame for 5-8 mins, let the rawa absorb all the water.
  4. Garnish with some dry fruits and saffron.
