Pineapple Sheera is delicious dessert recipe prepared easily which is very tasty with pineapple flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pineapple - 1 cup(chopped)
  2. Rava/semolina - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 3/4 rth to 1 cup
  4. Ghee - 1/2 cup
  5. Elachi powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cashew nuts - 7
  7. Raisins - 7

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 1 tsp of ghee fry cashew nuts when it starts changing color add raisins fry till becomes fluffy take it into plate.
  2. In the same pan add semolina fry till it changes color and gets nice aromatic flavour on low flames and take it into plate.
  3. Deskin pineapple and cut into pieces. Add 1/2 tsp of ghee in a pan then add pineapple pieces fry it till becomes smooth then add sugar. When it becomes smooth then add 3 glasses of water let it boil.
  4. Now add fried semolina, elachi powder mix it well close the lid and cook it on medium flames for 2 minutes. Then add ghee and mix everything well.
  5. Atlast add fried cashew nuts and raisins. Yummy and delicious pineapple sheera is ready to serve :yum:.
