This pineapple based dessert can be served for any occasion, for pujas to dinner parties. It's a simple yet delicious dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava or sooji- 1 cup
  2. Sugar- Half cup
  3. Ghee- 5 tbsps
  4. Pineapple - 1 cup chopped
  5. Water- 1 to 3 cups


  1. First roast rava in little ghee.
  2. For one cup rava add two cups of water .
  3. Stir and boil well till rava gets cooked.
  4. Add sugar and chopped pineapple.mix well.
  5. Mix everything together add some more ghee
  6. Finally add little cardamom powder. cook till everything comes together.
  7. In a small kadayi add ghee and fry cashews..
  8. Add the fried cashews to kesari and serve
