  • Mordhan 1/2 katori/bowl
  • raisins- 10
  • Sendha/ Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies 5-6
  • oil

How to make Potato Mordhan Fariyali Tikki

  1. Boil the potato and remove the outer cover. Then mash it well.
  2. Now take the mordhan and grind it like rava. Add in the sendha salt, green chillies and raisins.
  3. Mix well all the ingredients together and shape them like aloo tikkis.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these tikkis.
