About Paneer lollypop Recipe

Lollypop is all kid's favourite....tried to prepare it with mashed paneer...soooo yummy :yum: :yum:

Paneer lollypop

Ingredients to make Paneer lollypop

  • 1cup grated paneer
  • 1tbsp cabbage chopped finely
  • Chopped carrot 1tbsp
  • 1 med boild n madhed potato
  • Chopped capcicum 2tbsp
  • salt
  • chilly powder little
  • maida 1tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Bread 2 pieces
  • Chopped ginger 1tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1tsp
  • salt
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • vinegar 1tbsp
  • tomato sauce 2tbsp
  • chilly sauce 2tsp
  • cornflour 1tbsp
  • pepper powder little
  • Gr chilly chopped (optional)
  • Few ice vream stick

How to make Paneer lollypop

  1. Mix grated Paneer + grated cabbage+ grated carrot+ 1tbsp capcicum chopped + boiled n mashed potato +green chilly+salt+ chilly powder+ginger garlic paste little+ bread pieces(grind into powder) . Mix all this nicely n give the shape of Lollypop. Insert Bread stick or icecream stick carefully. Then deep fry them in med flame.
  2. For Sauce: Heat little oil. Put chopped garlic n ginger , chopped onion, capcicum chopped little and fry for less than 1 min. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce n tomato sauce. Then add corn flour slurry cornflour added in little water) and make a saucy consistency. Add pepper powder n little salt to this.
  3. Keep the Lollypops (let the lollypops cool down little)on a plate. Pour the sauce over these Lollypops and ENJOY :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

My Tip:

After giving lollypop shape,to the paneer stuffing ,place it in fridge for 30 mins to set. Then fry
