Chicken Lollypop

Ingredients to make Chicken Lollypop

  • 1/2 kilogram chicken wings cut into lollypop pieces
  • maida 3 tablespoon
  • cornflour 3 tablespoon
  • ginger paste 2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon
  • egg 1
  • salt to taste
  • Ajino motto 1 teaspoon
  • Red colour as required
  • oil for frying
  • Shredded cabbage or spring onion green to garnish

How to make Chicken Lollypop

  1. Wash chicken lollypop and keep in a strainer for some time so that excess water drain away.
  2. Mix maida, cornflour, ginger paste, worcestire sauce, salt, egg, ajinomotto and mix well.
  3. Now add red colour as required. Put this onto the chicken wings and mix them well so that all get blended onto the wings very well.
  4. Marinate it for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry each wing till its well done.
  5. Transfer on a platter and garnish it with shredded cabbage or chopped spring onion green. Serve with schezwan sauce.

My Tip:

If you don't want to add red colour just add Kashmiri mirch powder to it. I avoid using red colour.
