Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Chicken lollipop 1 kg
  2. 1 egg
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  4. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  5. 1/2 lemon
  6. Turmeric powder a pinch
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp black pepper
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  10. 3 tbsp corn flour
  11. 1 tbsp flour
  12. Water 2 tbsp
  13. Oil as required


  1. In a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corn flour, maida, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, half a lemon, soya sauce and egg. Mix in all the ingredients and add 2 tbsp water.
  2. Add in the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes or till overnight.
  3. Deep fry it in hot oil and serve hot with ketchup.
