Absolutely Yum! Eggless biscuits have been given a little twist by me with the addition of chocolate. My Innovative idea at it's best.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Plain flour 1 cup
  2. Semolina 1/2 cup
  3. Gram flour/ Besan 1/2 a cup
  4. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Cooking oil 3/4th cup
  6. Caster sugar 1/2 cup or more according to your taste
  7. Pistachios and almonds as needed


  1. Combine all the ingredients well together in a mixing bowl and make a dough out of it.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder to one part and make small balls out of the dough. Flatten them and make a dent by pressing in the centre. Place nuts of your choice in it.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-18 mins.
  4. Store them in airtight containers and relish for more than 15 days.
