Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread according to your choice (2piece)
  2. Chicken sausage 2piece
  3. Chicken salami 2piece
  4. Eggs 2 piece
  5. Tamoto
  6. Coriander
  7. Chilli's
  8. Oregano
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Oil

Instructions

  1. Get the sausages and black pudding cooking under a hot grill
  2. Turn the sausages and black pudding over after 10 minutes and add the salami to the grill and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes being careful not to burn the sausages
  3. Toast some bread ready to be flash fried after the eggs have finished
  4. The egg must be cooked in a clean frying pan with fresh vegetable oil. The oil should be no hotter than the boiling point of water (100 degrees C). The egg should be kept in one piece and the white part free of bubbles or other defects. Or you can just make an omelet with some veggies.
  5. By now the meat should be cooked at it's time to serve up.
  6. Once served, your breakfast may attract the attention of dogs and other humans so it's best to eat it straight away.
