Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  2. Potato 2 medium
  3. Beans 1/2 cup
  4. Green peas 1/2 cup
  5. Carrots 1/2 cup
  6. Paneer 150 gms
  7. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
  9. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  10. Red chillies 4
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  13. Bay leaf 1
  14. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  15. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  16. Tomato 2

Instructions

  1. Saute all vegetables and paneer.
  2. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, red chillies.
  3. Blend to fine powder
  4. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  5. Add bay leaf, ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  7. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder
  8. Then add tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes
  9. Cook till oil separates.
  10. Add powdered kadai masala
  11. Mix well.
  12. Then add sauteed vegetables.
  13. Mix well and add 1 cup water.
  14. Cover with a lid and simmer for 7 - 10 minutes.
  15. Add kasuri methi crushed.
  16. Cook till it's dry and cooked well.
