Leftover Veg Biryani dumplings stuffed with leftover mix vegetable curry and dip fried- not bad as starters

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Veg Biryani 1 &1/2 cup
  2. Leftover mix vegetable curry 3/4 cup
  3. Chopped onion 1 table spoon
  4. Chopped fresh coriander 1 table spoon
  5. Oil for deep frying


  1. Take leftover veg biryani in mixer
  2. Mash and make a thick paste of it ( make like a dough)
  3. Mash the mix vegetable in another mixing bowl and mix chopped onion and coriander.
  4. Now take small portion of the mashed biryani and make a pattie then put some mashed mix vegetable on it.
  5. Join the sides press slightly with a fork.
  6. Make all dumplings similarly.
  7. Then keep it in freezer for about 30 minutes
  8. Then deep fry in hot oil
  9. Remove from oil and keep on a kitchen tissue.
  10. Serve hot
