ABOUT Leftover biryani cutlet RECIPE

This is a leftover snack recipe served with chutney or sauce which is very tasty and delicious .It will surely make your snacks time perfect

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup leftover biryani
  2. 1 cup Semolina
  3. 1 Teaspoon Kasoori Methi
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 pinch astfeodia
  6. Salt (according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Grind the leftover biryani in mixer (without water)
  2. Take out the grinded biryani from mixer in a large bowl
  3. Mix all ingridients in it and keep it for 10 minutes for being set
  4. Now, make small cutlets of this mixture
  5. Deep fry these cutlets in hot oil and then take out cutlets in napkin
  6. Serve the tasty cutlets with chutney or sauce
