Ingredients to make Leftover biryani cutlet

  • 1 cup leftover biryani
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 Teaspoon Kasoori methi
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch astfeodia
  • salt (according to taste)

How to make Leftover biryani cutlet

  1. Grind the leftover biryani in mixer (without water)
  2. Take out the grinded biryani from mixer in a large bowl
  3. Mix all ingridients in it and keep it for 10 minutes for being set
  4. Now, make small cutlets of this mixture
  5. Deep fry these cutlets in hot oil and then take out cutlets in napkin
  6. Serve the tasty cutlets with chutney or sauce

My Tip:

Biryani is already full of spices but if you want your cutlets to be more spicy, you can add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
