Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg gobhi,
  2. 1 bowl green peas,
  3. 1 bowl fresh malai,
  4. 3 onion paste,
  5. Gg paste,
  6. 2 tomato puree,
  7. Salt,
  8. 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  9. Haldi,
  10. 1 gram masala,
  11. Oil
  12. Dry spices (long, bay leaf, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, cardamom both black n green)

Instructions

  1. In pan put oil add cumin when it crackles add dry spices
  2. Boil peas
  3. Marinate gobhi with besan salt red chilly pd black pepper n deep fry them till golden brown color on low flame remove on absorbent paper
  4. Add onion n gg paste saute it add tomato puree n dry masala n water n saute it till it leaves oil
  5. Add gobhi peas stir with light hands
  6. Cover n cook fr 2 min n add malai n mix n done
  7. Sever hot with paratha or naan
