Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams amul paneer cut in cubes
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 2 tablespoon kasuri methi crushed
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 cup green peas
  6. 2 teaspoon white pepper powder
  7. 1 cup fresh home malai or cream


  1. First take 2 teaspoon oil in pressure cooker.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon cumin and kasuri methi.
  3. Saute little, add paneer cubes.
  4. Then add salt to taste, white pepper powder.
  5. Saute a bit add the milk, little water and add green peas also.
  6. Give 2 whistles of the cooker.
  7. When done open lid and add the cream / home malai.
  8. Serve hot with lachcha paratha.
