ABOUT Punjabi Egg Curry RECIPE

Punjabi egg curry recipe – Spicy, flavorful & delicious egg curry made in dhaba style.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil as required
  2. Onion 2 finely chopped
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato 1 big chopped
  5. Turmeric pdr 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli pdr 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp
  8. Boiled whole eggs 4 cut into half

Instructions

  1. In a pot take oil and add onions saute well.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato cook well.
  3. Add all spices and water as required.
  4. Cook this gravy very well.
  5. Add eggs and cook for some more time.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies.
