Chilli Garlic Noodles

Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Noodles

  • 500 gms noodles
  • 1 cup of finely chopped vegetables (mixed vegetables)
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of red chilli (Soaked in vinegar for 1 hour)
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

How to make Chilli Garlic Noodles

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add in the schezwan sauce. Grind the garlic and chilli to make a paste and add it in as well.
  2. Add the chopped onions, saute them well. Then add the vegetables and saute on a high flame.
  3. Now add the salt, red chilli sauce and remaining vinegar. Finally add the noodles, black pepper and toss it properly.
  4. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

Try to fry the veggies on a high flame but don't over cook them.
