Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled noodles 1 bowl
  2. Spring onions 1/4 cup
  3. Cabbage 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic 5 cloves
  5. Chillies 5
  6. Ajinomoto a pinch
  7. Oil 4 tsp
  8. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  9. Soy sauce 4 tsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Vinegar 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add some oil to heat, then add in the garlic and fry till it turns brown. Now add in the chillies, then next add the cabbage and spring onions.
  2. Fry till it all is cooked properly, then add in the ajinomoto, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the noodles, then add in the soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar after mixing it properly.
  4. Serve it hot with spring onions.
