Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Small sized red onion peeled, 20 pieces
  2. Vinegar 1/4 cup
  3. Water 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Then place it in a jar. Keep it in the fridge. (Note to toss it well 2-3 times a day)
  3. After 3 days, it is ready to eat.
