Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mint leaves 3 hand
  2. Coriander leaves 2 hand
  3. Curry leaves 1 hand
  4. G. Chilli 4
  5. Red chilli 3 (adujus based upon taste)
  6. Turmarind little quantity
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
  9. Mustard seed 1 t. Spoon
  10. Ginger 1 small piece


  1. Wash the leaves well keep aside
  2. Heat the pan add 1/2 t. Spoon of oil nd add the things given below in picture
  3. Fry it till it turns this golden colour transfer in to plate
  4. Nd add the leaves Stir 3 min in high flame.. Don't over fry it spoil the mint taste
  5. In blender add the shredded coconut Nd things which given below grind 5 min and add leaves .now Make a chutney Nd add a salt mix well
  6. Spicy mint chutney Ready
