Spinach Pops

Ingredients to make Spinach Pops

  • spinach 1 bunch (350 to 400 gms)
  • Fresh paneer, made from 750 ml milk
  • garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Cheese 3 tbsp, grated
  • egg yolks 2
  • wheat flour 3 tsp
  • Basil dried 1 tsp
  • parsley 1 tsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Pop sticks

How to make Spinach Pops

  1. Wash the spinach leaves properly and blanch it well.
  2. Make the paneer by adding curd.
  3. Remove all the water from the spinach leaves by pressing it between 2 hands. Blend it a little without adding any water.
  4. Add the grated paneer, grated cheese, egg yolks, wheat flour, salt, pepper, paprika powder. Also add the basil and parsley.
  5. Make pop shapes and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your pops with tomato ketchup.
