Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Panneer 1 cup
  2. Butter. 3 tblspn
  3. Onion. 1 big
  4. Ginger garlic paste. 2 tblspn
  5. Garam masala. 1 tblspn
  6. Red chilli powder. 1 tblspn
  7. Tomato paste. 1 cup
  8. Kasthoori methi leaves. 1 tblspn
  9. Salt. Per taste
  10. Corainder leaves. Few


  1. Heat up oil in the pan and add butter allow it to melt it down
  2. add finely chopped onions in it and saute it till it gets like golden colour
  3. add ginger garlic paste garam masala red chilli powder and give your mix allow you to cook for 2 minutes
  4. add tomato paste and salt in the mixture and cook it around 5 minutes
  5. are paneer mix and cook it on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes
  6. finally add Kasturi Methi leaves and mix it well
  7. now add two tablespoon of butter and garnish with coriander leaves the Paneer Butter Masala is ready to serve
