Easy Choclate Cake

Ingredients to make Easy Choclate Cake

  • maida/Flour 2 cups (275 gms)
  • butter 100 gms
  • Brown sugar 2 cups
  • 6 eggs (white and yolk separate)
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Chocho chips and Colored sprinkles for decoration
  • 1 big dark chocolate
  • Vanilla extract 2 tsp

How to make Easy Choclate Cake

  1. Sieve the maida, baking powder and cocoa powder together.
  2. In a bowl add the butter and brown sugar, mix it well with the help of a churner and keep it aside.
  3. In another bowl, add the egg whites and beat it well till it is so creamy that it doesn't spill when you turn the bowl upside down.
  4. Now add yolk to it and beat it well. With the help of a spoon, mix it well and add the maida mixture in it.
  5. After adding the maida mixure, add the butter and sugar into it. Now add the vanilla extract and beat it well.
  6. Pour this mixture into the baking tray and bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
  7. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a microwave, just reheat for 30 seconds.
  8. With the help of a knife, shape the cake properly and pour the melted chocolate followed by choco chips and sprinklers. Let it set in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
  9. Your cake is ready to be served!
