ABOUT Baked chocolate gujiya tart RECIPE

This gujiya is baked in tart shape and filled with mawa n some chocochip cover with melted chocolate.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Apf 1+1/2cup
  2. Butter/ dalda ghee 1/4 cup chilled
  3. Salt pinch of
  4. Baking soda 1/8sp.
  5. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  6. Water as required
  7. Oil for brushing
  8. For stuffing- mawa 1/2cup
  9. Powder sugar 1/4cup/to taste
  10. Almond,cashewnut,chirongi 2tbsp chopped
  11. Green Cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  12. Chocochip 2tbsp
  13. Dark chocolate chop 1cup
  14. Pistachios 1 sp slices for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For dough - Add all purpose flour in mixing bowl add salt,baking powder,baking soda mix it now add cool daldal n mix by ur palm n rib gently make flour like bread crumbs. Now add water make dough cover with wet clothe n keep aside about 10-15 min.
  2. Now we prepare the stuffing so take mawa n powder sugar in mixing bowl add chop nuts , Cardamom powder mix well.
  3. Now take dough n make small size balls roll out by roll pin put the poori in greased tart mold set it cut extra poori prick with fork.
  4. Now fill mawa stuffing in mold and some choco chip.
  5. Now roll out some poori by dough n cover the tart cut extra dough n Frick by fork.
  6. Now apply some oil by brush on top .
  7. Now bake in preheated oven about 15-20min. When they turn brown.(I baked it in kadhai) so adjust the tym according to oven
  8. Now chop the dark chocolate melt in double boiler or microwave apply the chocolate on top of tart ( I dipped in melted chocolate) sprinkle some sliced pistachios on top keep aside for set the chocolate.
  9. Now ready ur fusion yummylicous gujiya in tart shape enough:blush::blush:.
